Some examples of our work:

Acting for a major European vehicle manufacturer, negotiating an agreement for sale of 300 commercial vehicles and provision of repair and maintenance services, including complex repurchase arrangements.

Advising a legal expenses insurance provider in relation to a scheme for the provision of claims handling services to support general insurance to be sold through a national broker network and via a national retail brand.
