To assist businesses in meeting these challenges, the Employment team at Thrings has established a training division, Thrings Training.
Thrings Training draws on the experience of our lawyers and the HR professionals whom we have worked with over the years.
Training courses would usually be run at the client's premises and could range from an hour long session or a multi-day course depending on clients' needs, making use of case studies and interactive workshops. Our courses can be targeted at HR professionals or line managers as required.
The employment team at Thrings is known for its friendly and practical approach. We will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the training package we put together meets these in a cost-effective way.
