These are the words that have been used to describe Thrings in a recent survey with our clients and contacts.

And they are also attributes which you, as clients, would expect as a given from your lawyer.

So what makes Thrings different from other law firms? It is apparent now, more than ever before, that with the de-regulation of legal services and the introduction of Alternative Business Structures, that firms who are clear of their positioning and, ultimately, their differentiation, will be the successful ones - both for themselves and their clients.

Last year, Thrings underwent a complete rebrand; this gave us the opportunity to look closely at the firm, the way in which it was perceived, the quality of our legal services and the way in which we communicated both internally and externally.

This ten month project enabled us to identify what we do well, what we could improve and what makes us different.

The rebrand also gave us the opportunity to encapsulate these findings in our new identity. Our level of expertise, specialist knowledge and our reputation amongst our clients are valuable assets in our strategy to grow and develop as a business. They were also the defining features that informed the creation of the new brand.

But the rebrand was just the start of the journey for Thrings.

One year on, we are reviewing the rebrand; the review will inform our strategy going forward. It will ensure that we understand and act on the impact of the changing legal world, the global economy and all the challenges that face our clients. It will ensure, too, that we continue to provide the very best of legal advice and quality of service.
