Thrings asbestos disease solicitor visits local support group

Specialist asbestos disease Claims lawyer, James Trescothick-Martin, recently attended the Plymouth Mesothelioma Support Group.

James attended the session  to ensure that any legal questions could be answered swiftly, utilising his expertise in the area to provide the best legal support to families and victims of asbestos exposure.

James said, “it is important that lawyers attend these events, not just to provide a legal service but also to keep in touch with the effect that asbestos disease has  on the victims and their families. It is great to be able to meet victims and carers in a more informal situation to discuss how we can help. Giving them some peace of mind is part of our job and we are more than happy to do so on a completely free basis".

James, who decided to focus on industrial disease litigation on qualifying as a Lawyer in 2011, can be contacted at our Plymouth office.

The Plymouth Mesothelioma  Support Group meets every month; the next meeting due to be held on 7 November at the Mustard Tree Centre at Derriford Hospital. If you wish to attend, please contact the Mustard Tree Centre on 01752 763672 or simply go along on the day.
