Anna specialises in rural property work dealing with land estates, their sale, purchase and management, land registration and farm conveyancing. Anna deals with both private and public rights of way issues and is involved in some agricultural tenancy work. Anna also handles high net worth residential property transactions primarily in London.
Anna’s recent work has included advising on the following property transactions:
- Acting for a Devonshire Estate in connection with several inter-estate transfers of property prior to the 2010 budget.
- Secured lending over a farm in Hampshire
- Grant and release of easements over a Gloucestershire Estate
- Grant of several short term commercial leases of properties owed by the trustees of a Welsh Estate
- Sale and purchase of many London properties mostly in excess of £1 million
- First registration of several plots of land and properties owed by the trustees of a Gloucestershire Estate.
