Bill Dunmore is a partner in Thrings’ Commercial Property department.
Bill has always enjoyed acting for a wide range of private, commercial and entrepreneurial clients but is generally involved with investment funds (dealing with acquisitions, development, leasing and sales of their properties) and well known retail and leisure tenants (assisting with all aspects of their office space, distribution centres, retail units, restaurants and bars).
Bill’s relevant experience includes:
- Representing Matchesfashion.com in taking 35,000 sq ft of offices over two floors of the Shard, completing the deal within tight timescales and co-ordinating the exit from their previous head office.
- Acting for HMV Group plc in respect of landlord and tenant aspects arising in relation to its retail stores and its portfolio of live music venues.
- Representing an off-shore investment fund entering into various s.106 planning agreements and construction agreements to develop 50,000 sq ft of mixed use development including the subsequent leasing and sales of part.
- Advising All Star (Leisure) Group Limited on the development and leasing of its flagship bowling alley containing 9 bowling lanes, bars and restaurants arranged over 22,000 sq ft at the Old Truman Brewery site, Brick Lane, London.
