Ellie studied at the University of the West of England and trained at a South West firm before joining Thrings as Solicitor in 2011.
Ellie specialises in a broad range of property dispute resolution matters and has experience in the resolution of commercial, agricultural and residential property related disputes. She acts for landlords and tenants, individuals and companies with a variety of property portfolios. In particular, she has experience in advising on claims under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations, recovery of rent and service charge arrears, adverse possession, boundary and rights of way issues, residential possession matters, enfranchisement claims and property related insolvency matters.
Ellie's personable style and previous experience in transactional commercial property allows her to get to know her clients and their businesses, and offer commercial and practical advice in order to resolve disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible.
