Penny has worked in the Private Property department since 1995, during which time she has gained extensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instructions through to completion.
Penny has a sound understanding of the process involved in all different areas of conveyancing, including new build properties, freehold and leasehold properties and shared-ownership schemes. Her knowledge and understanding allows her to explain and guide clients through the process, to ensure as smooth a transaction as possible.
