Simon specialises exclusively in commercial litigation. He has a pragmatic approach to commercial disputes, including using alternative forms of dispute resolution, having achieved a number of successful mediations. He has extensive experience in high-value professional negligence claims involving other solicitors, accountants and surveyors and is equally adept at handling highly complex commercial disputes such as sensitive fraud cases. His clients include corporate entities, directors, shareholders, and institutions.
Simon is also responsible for the delivery and execution of the Company Commercial department's strategic plan across all the firm's offices.
