Bill has over 20 years experience in dealing with private property. He acts for private individuals and companies across the full range of freehold and leasehold properties – both owner-occupiers and investors. He also has expertise in plot sales, equity release and property transfer as a result of insolvency, probate and matrimonial proceedings.
Bill’s recent work includes advising on the following property transactions:
- The purchase of a Grade I listed Regency townhouse, with leasehold garage, in Bath for £2.25 million
- The sale of a listed townhouse in Richmond on Thames for £5.2 million
- Both contracts were exchanged within the required 10 working days
- Various other transactions of both freehold and leasehold properties exceeding £1 million
