How does it work?

The Health Check is a multi-stage process, designed to explore every aspect of your business and help us get to know you better.

• The call: The first step is a call between teams. This introductory stage helps us understand the business and your team and gives you a chance to get to know us, understand the key areas of the review and give you an initial chance to highlight your priorities and key concerns.
• The questionnaire: This is followed by a questionnaire which we run through with you. This goes into much more detail and helps us paint a full picture of your business. Areas that this covers can include: share structure, contracts, intellectual property, employees, data protection and real estate.
• The review: We then undertake our review structured through a legal lens, guided by your priorities and the information you provide to tailor it to your needs.
• The report: You then receive a pragmatic, commercially focused report that outlines all the risks you are currently exposed to as well as proposed solutions you can use to reduce or remove that risk. Suggested actions in the report are RAG rated to help indicate priorities.
• The follow-up: Things can change and our team is on hand to ensure our advice remains up to date in line with your needs. We can also help you through the process of implementing recommendations at a pace that suits you and your business.
