IT providers Mintivo and digital wonderlab and computer support and services business Excalibur Communications have been named as the three finalists in the Tech Team of the Year category for this year’s Techies awards following an extensive judging process.
The organisations will vie for the coveted award in the Techies 2020 - organised by The Business Exchange - which celebrate the innovation and entrepreneurship of Swindon and Wiltshire’s thriving IT community.
Mintivo, digital wonderlab and Excalibur Communications have been shortlisted by the Techies’ judges, which include Kate Westbrook, partner and head of commercial at category sponsors Thrings.
Having attracted entries from technology businesses across the county, the Tech Team of the Year award will be presented to the organisation which, according to Kate, “best demonstrates their ability to work collaboratively to deliver results”.
Kate says: “The Techies, which are now in their third year, are a fantastic showcase for everything that is great about technology in Wiltshire. They acknowledge dynamic and innovative businesses operating across the county, and reinforce its strong reputation for excellence.
“Whittling the many entries to the Tech Team of the Year category down to three has been no easy task, and we are looking forward to joining Mintivo, digital wonderlab and Excalibur Communications, and the finalists for the other categories, online later this month to celebrate everything that is innovative, progressive and exciting about the region’s tech community."
