Anna Honey – Talent Acquisition Manager

As Talent Acquisition Manager at Thrings, Anna is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional legal and business services talent to support the firm’s growth and success. Working closely with partners and senior leadership to understand strategic workforce needs, Anna delivers recruitment solutions that align with our culture and values.

Anna’s role spans the full recruitment lifecycle—from developing sourcing strategies and managing candidate experience to building strong relationships with external partners and promoting Thrings as an employer of choice. She is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive hiring process and ensuring we secure the best people to help our clients thrive.

 

Poppy Stewart-Jackson – Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Poppy plays an important role in supporting the firm’s recruitment activities and helping to create a positive, smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers. Working closely with Anna and the HR team, she assists in attracting and coordinating talent across the business, contributing to the firm’s growth and people-focused approach. Poppy’s work supports key HR initiatives, helping to bridge the connection between talent acquisition and the broader people strategy.

 

Holly Piper – Emerging Talent Development Advisor

As Emerging Talent Advisor, Holly takes the lead on attraction, support, and development of the next generation of talent across the firm. Working closely with the HR team and partners, she ensures that our early career programmes are delivered seamlessly, and that candidates and colleagues receive exceptional guidance throughout the recruitment and development process.

Holly manages our emerging talent lifecycle from outreach and assessment through to onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring each individual has the resources and encouragement needed to grow and go on to have a successful career with the firm. With experience in talent development and candidate engagement, she is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where future talent can thrive.
