IT and telephony alert for clients

Unfortunately, the works will mean that there will be no access to our IT systems (including emails) and landline telephones for our partners and employees.

If you need to speak to our partners and employees during these works, please use their mobile numbers. Note that any emails you send to our lawyers and employees during this time will either be queued and  arrive in inboxes once the systems are back up and running or, in some cases, will be returned as “undeliverable”, depending on your email settings. If your email bounces back, please resend it either later in the day (telephony work) or the next working day (Datacentre work) or phone your contact directly. Please be assured that your emails will be answered promptly as soon as our systems are back to normal.

Dates and times of work on the systems:

  • Friday 23 February 2018  - Telephony work Bristol office 12:00 – 14:00. Mobiles only will be available during this period.
  • Tuesday 13 March 2018  - Telephony work Swindon office 12:00-14:00. Mobiles only will be available during this period.
  • Friday 16-19 March 2018  - Datacentre work – all offices’ IT systems down from 21:00 on Friday 16 March until 06:00 on Monday 19 March
  • Wednesday 21 March 2018  - Telephony work Bath office 12:00 – 14:00. Mobiles will be available during this period and IT systems should be unaffected.
