In this month’s ‘Thrings meets’, owner Peveril Bruce, wife Minna and son Otto discuss diversification, cycling and inquisitive cows with Matt Gilks, planning and environment associate at Thrings, and reveal the secret behind Boomtown, the hugely successful four-day festival which attracts 60,000 music fans to the estate every year.
