Thrings Eats with…Will Dobson, Hill Farm Juice

Thrings and the Countryside Education Trust continue their search for those at the heart of Hampshire’s food-producing community.

Thrings and the Countryside Education Trust continue their search for those at the heart of Hampshire’s food-producing community.

Following on from the successful ‘Thrings Meets’ series, ‘Thrings Eats’ celebrates the businesses, groups and organisations that put food at the heart of Hampshire.

The project is being run by Thrings in support of the Countryside Education Trust (CET), the charity which aims to help children and adults learn about, understand and care for the countryside.

This month Karen Perugini, a senior associate in Thrings’ Succession and Tax team, finds out why Will Dobson from Hill Farm Juice gave up a career in the marine industry for the opportunity to ‘lovingly squish’ 500 tons of fruit a year, and how relationships with local growers, retailers, farm shops and primary schools remain key to his business’ ongoing success.
