Aiden is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team, advising on a wide range of property related matters. 

He is experienced in acting for commercial and private clients in relation to both landlord and tenant and real property disputes and has developed expertise in a number of areas, including telecoms and utilities, development, and property insolvency.

Aiden has also developed a specialised charity-focused practice, advising a range of fantastic charitable organisations charities on their property interests.

  • Advising a large national agricultural charity in relation to a joint-venture development and sale of its largest property asset, including litigating and negotiating renewal terms for a lease to two major telecoms operators.
  • Assisting both national telecoms operators and large landowners in negotiating rights and agreements under the Telecoms Code.
  • Successfully obtaining an urgent possession order in the High Court to prevent a large pop-up rave from impeding and damaging a key development site in the centre of Bristol.
  • Navigating management of pension fund portfolios through insolvency and debt recovery procedures following the Covid Pandemic.
  • Successfully bringing an adverse possession claim relating to complex unregistered ecclesiastical land.
  • Helping trustees of large family will trust to resolve a cross-border multi-jurisdictional property trust dispute to distribute assets to multiple beneficiaries.
