Living in Ross-on- Wye, Andrew is a partner. He has more than twenty years’ experience advising on substantial property and business transactions for clients. With a particular interest in agri-business Andrew enjoys acting for small and medium sized commercial enterprises and their owners.

Succession to the family business, asset protection and diversification are all matters which allow him to use his experience in trusts, tax and efficient business structures.

Andrew’s property experience ranges from acquisitions and disposals of farms and commercial premises to leases of units, shops and licenced premises together with Farm Business Tenancies and AHA Tenancies.

A member of the Law Society Private Client Section, Andrew also advises on Wills, Powers of Attorney and acts as Executor and Trustee for clients when required.

Andrew’s community and charity work has included appointments as a Charitable Housing Association Director, a Chair of School Governors and advising local sports clubs, charities and community associations in the not for profit sector. He is also the current President of the Herefordshire Breconshire and Radnorshire Incorporated Law Society.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.
