Anna leads the firm’s recruitment activities and is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional legal and business services talent to support the firm’s growth and success.

Working closely with the firm’s Partners and senior leadership to understand the firm’s strategic workforce needs, Anna delivers recruitment solutions that align with Thrings’ culture and values.

Her role spans the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing sourcing strategies and managing candidate experience to building strong relationships with external partners and promoting Thrings as an employer of choice.
