    • Providing advice to the trustees of a discretionary trust on a decision to distribute the assets of the trust, following a potential challenge from a discretionary beneficiary.
    • Administering a discretionary will trust that has numerous income, capital gains and inheritance tax issues.
    • Advising clients with assets in France on European Union Regulations and their interactions with English and French succession law.
