Chloe is a solicitor in Thrings’ non-contentious agricultural department specialising in agricultural property transactions.

As well as her expertise in agriculture law, Chloe has accrued experience across several areas of the law including in commercial property, new homes and restructuring and insolvency. This greatly benefits her work with clients in resolving matters around unregistered land, easements, sale and purchase of farms, land and rural properties as well as leasehold work.
