Chloe is the firm’s Digital Marketing Manager, overseeing the Thrings website, social media channels, email marketing and digital campaigns. She is responsible for data management and analytics, ensuring all digital activity is insight-led and aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.

As the firm’s HubSpot lead, Chloe develops and optimises CRM strategy, including automation, segmentation and workflow design. She focuses on enhancing the full client lifecycle, creating seamless touchpoints and ensuring consistent, effective communication across all digital platforms.
