Chris is a Solicitor in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
Having joined Thrings following his training at a boutique commercial disputes and litigation firm in Bristol, Chris is skilled at pragmatically resolving disputes without the need for court proceedings, while also having extensive experience in litigating commercially valuable claims when the need arises.
The spectrum of contentious matters that Chris advises on include business acquisition and warranty claims, commercial fraud, contractual disputes, defamation director and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and restrictive covenant disputes.
He acts for clients from national corporates to SMEs and private individuals across a wide range of sectors, bringing forward and defending claims in the Business and Property Courts, including the Commercial Court, Circuit Commercial Courts and the Technology and Construction Court.
