    Gemma is an Associate in the Succession and Tax team, primarily based in the Lydney and Ross offices. Advising on a range of private client areas, she specialises in the administration of estates including those with agriculture or business assets and complex intestacies. Gemma also helps clients with estate planning and is experienced in the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

    • Preparing a Deed of Variation for farming clients to assist with their tax planning
