Hannah is predominately based in our Marlborough and Swindon offices and advises upon all areas of private family law, including divorce and separation, division of financial assets upon divorce, cohabitation disputes and children matters. Her expertise also extends to the preparation and negotiation of pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. Hannah has gained specialist experience in cases with complex business structures, non-disclosure of assets and family farming cases.

Guiding and supporting her clients through the legal process, Hannah is committed to resolving issues as constructively as possible and in the most cost-effective way. Her approach is empathetic, considered and calm, tailoring the service she provides to suit her individual clients and their needs and focusing on building a rapport with clients to ensure a solid working relationship.


  • Acting for a client in high net worth financial remedy proceedings with complex business interests, pension issues and non-disclosure of assets. A significant award was made in favour of the client.
  • Advising in respect of divorce and financial remedy proceedings where there is a history of coercive and controlling behaviour.
  • Acting for mothers and fathers in a range of private law children matters, including complex cases involving serious allegations of abuse, parental alienation, alcohol and substance abuse.
  • Advising unmarried clients in determining how to deal with assets held in joint names or the sole name of one party and their financial claims under The Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) and Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
  • Guiding clients through complex divorce and financial remedy proceedings with significant assets including partnerships and equestrian estates.
  • Successfully negotiating agreements between parents to secure or regulate contact arrangements.
