Paralegal - Agriculture

Isobel joined Thrings in 2018 and is a paralegal in our leading Agriculture team. Much of her work focuses on agricultural and commercial property transactions, both with sales and leases. She has extensive experience supporting with the sale and purchase of land and establishing Agreements of Lease, Option Agreements and Farm Business Tenancies.

Agriculture

With a sound understanding of the issues affecting rural land and businesses, Isobel assists the Agriculture team on a wide range of cases. She is adept at dealing with farm diversification projects and transactions involving unregistered land. In addition, Isobel works closely with the agricultural planning team on a variety of matters, such as agricultural occupancy conditions and planning obligations (section 106 agreements).
