A Partner in our Bristol office, John specialises in corporate and corporate finance work. He acts on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, global multi-nationals, AIM-listed PLCs and SMEs. In particular, he deals with the acquisition and disposal of businesses and companies, investments and divestments, MBOs, joint ventures, matters relating to the AIM market, and general corporate and commercial issues. As well as corporate work, John works on behalf of commercial clients on a wide range of matters, negotiating and drafting complex agreements for both corporations and high-net-worth individuals. He is known for being proactive and efficient, as well as for providing client care tailored to specific commercial requirements.
