Manjinder is a licensed conveyancer working in the commercial property team in Bristol. Her work in transactional commercial property includes acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, and landlord and tenant matters including new leases, renewals, extensions, general day to day advice for landlords and tenants, and portfolio queries. She deals with all types of commercial property for a range of clients ranging from individuals, lenders, SMEs, pension funds and lenders. 

Specialising in non-contentious commercial property matters since qualification, Manjinder has spent the last few years focused on providing property support to wider corporate restructures and refinancing, acquisitions and disposals.
