  • Considering alternative methods of dispute resolution, Megan has been involved in a variety of cases that focused on negotiation as a means of resolving client issues, rather than requiring court proceedings. Using this approach, her team are able to minimise client costs whilst achieving a positive outcome that prioritises their client’s interests.
  • Where alternative methods of dispute resolution are not possible, Megan has experience with utilising the court process. Her role involves; preparing and collating court bundles, liaising with the court and clients; attending the hearing to take a note of proceedings; and drafting disclosure and orders.
  • She also ensures clients understand and are comfortable with every step of the process, through consistent and supportive communication to any queries or concerns the client may have.
