Moses joined Thrings in 2023 as a solicitor in the Succession and Tax team. He specialises in the non-contentious aspect of estate administration, probate and intestacy work for estates within England and Wales, including estates with foreign assets and beneficiaries. In addition, Moses has experience dealing with complex taxable estates ensuring that numerous the tax exemptions and reliefs available to executors and beneficiaries are utilised effectively. He works closely with the litigation team for contentious aspects. He deals with all aspects of Private Client work including wealth succession, trust formation and administration and estate planning including drafting wills and powers of attorney.
