In particular, she works with family businesses to ensure employees are subject to robust confidentiality obligations.
Neha guides her clients through procedures, helping arrange settlement agreements and prepare for tribunals. Her work with immigration cases extends to both businesses and individuals, including applying for visas, extensions of stay in the UK, settlement applications and sponsor license applications. She is a member of both the Immigration Law Practitioners and Employment Lawyers Associations and is fluent in English and Finnish as well as Hindi.
