Polly’s expertise focuses on rural land disputes including agricultural tenancies, boundary disputes, water disputes, land ownership, easements, covenants, proprietary estoppel, adverse possession and nuisance disputes. She also acted for the successful respondent in the landmark decision in Guest v Guest in the Supreme Court which is the leading case on remedial relief in proprietary estoppel disputes.
