Her role spans the full recruitment lifecycle for all non-qualified positions, from sourcing candidates and managing their experience to building strong relationships with both heads of teams and external partners. Poppy delivers recruitment solutions that align with Thrings’ culture and values, helping to bridge the gap between Talent Acquisition and the broader people strategy.
