Roxanne is a Solicitor in the firm’s Succession and Tax team with expertise in the administration of Trusts, regularly assists in their establishment, both in the lifetime of clients and upon their deaths, dealing with the required ongoing management to protect all assets involved.

She also provides clients with tax planning advice, and is particularly experienced in structuring clients’ estates to secure tax efficiency while also ensuring their assets pass to their desired beneficiaries, as well as supporting with Lasting Powers of Attorney to protect their decision making should they lose capacity at some point in the future.
