Salma is a Partner in the Commercial Property team. She acts on behalf of developers and investors specialising in development of land in particular site acquisitions, development/bridging funding, portfolio re-finance/restructure and loan syndication.

Advising on both the sale and purchase side of transactions, Salma works closely with clients to see land development projects from initial purchase, contracts, secured lending and through the development process to plot sales. She is also able to assist developers in securing sites by way of conditional contract and/or option agreements.

Acting for developers on the acquisition and financing of regional sites for residential development;
Advising on options and conditional contracts to acquire residential development sites for regional housebuilders;
Acting for housebuilders on a range of matters, including conditional contracts, title issues, site due diligence, infrastructure agreements and the requirements of statutory undertakers, and the refinancing of existing sites;
Dealing with development funding, bridging finance, portfolio re-finance and loan syndication.
