Sara is a solicitor in the Thrings Property Litigation team with experience in providing advice to landowners, tenants, companies, developers and infrastructure providers on a wide range of property disputes.

  • Acting on behalf of the UK’s largest retail landlord, along with other clients, on commercial leases falling under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, including renewal negotiations and issue of claims in the county court to protect client’s position, issuing of notices and general commercial LTA disputes.
  • Advising one of the UK’s largest telecommunications infrastructure providers in relation to the telecommunications code, corresponding with landowners and their solicitors and agents on code agreements and issuing proceedings in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and First Tier Tribunal.
  • Negotiating leases between energy infrastructure companies and landowners for permissions surrounding the installation and access of underground and overground cables.
