Simeon is a Solicitor in the Thrings Property Litigation team, advising both companies and individuals on a wide range of property-related disputes. He supports clients from the outset of a matter, providing clear and practical advice, through to the progression of formal litigation where required.

Simeon has experience acting for both commercial and private clients in recovery proceedings, including rent arrears, service charges and major works charges. He also regularly advises on possession proceedings, including the determination and recovery of mesne profits. In addition, Simeon acts in order for sale applications and has experience dealing with disputes relating to rights of way, boundary issues, dilapidations and adverse possession.

He takes a pragmatic and client-focused approach, working closely with clients to achieve efficient and commercially sensible outcomes.
