Stephanie is a Legal Director in our Private Property team, specialising in high-value and complex property transactions for UK and international clients including high net worth (HNW) individuals, companies, trusts, and insolvency practitioners.

With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Stephanie has established herself as a trusted adviser to multi-generational families, with her work spanning acquisitions, refinancing and disposal of high-value residential properties (ranging from £1 million to £20+ million) in London and across England and Wales. Stephanie has particular expertise in overseas structures and portfolio restructuring.

Acting on the sale of a £10.8 million prime London residential property.

Acting on the lending side of a £12 million refinancing facility for an overseas corporate borrower, secured against a portfolio of residential properties in Mayfair.

Advising the appointed Administrator of a company that owns a large housing development in the UK. This included advising on plot sales, planning, complex title issues, and landlord/tenant matters.

Advising (in conjunction with tax and corporate colleagues) on appropriate structures for acquisitions, portfolio restructuring and disposals of residential property, including de- enveloping transactions, portfolio transfers to Family Investment Companies (FICs), and intra-group transfers for both UK and offshore clients.

Acting on the sale of a prime country house for a trustee in bankruptcy.

Advising on acquisitions and disposals of residential properties and luxury investment residences for high-end hoteliers, structured to allow the hotel to let and manage the residences when not in use by their owners, creating a shared income arrangement.

Acting on the purchase of a prime London property worth £4.35 million for a HNW overseas individual, managing the conveyancing process and providing strategic guidance on tax structuring and SDLT.

 Acting on the sale of a prime London residential apartment held in a Jersey Trust structure for £8.25 million.
