    Summer forms part of our Private Client sector, working as a Conveyancer. She has worked in residential conveyancing since 2017, acting in all types of transactions involving residential property, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases, unregistered sales and purchases, remortgages, assents and transfers of equity. She has also assisted clients with first registrations.

    In 2020, Summer successfully completed the CILEX Paralegal Apprenticeship and is now completing the Solicitor Apprenticeship.

    • Residential Property
    • Acting for private individuals in the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, including unregistered and new build properties.
    • Meeting tight deadlines for clients to purchase properties at auction and new builds. 
    • Dealing with remortgages and transfers of equity.
    • Assisting clients with land registry applications including first registrations, assents, adding or removing restrictions.
