Victoria is a Solicitor within our Family Team. She advises upon all areas of private Family Law including Private Children Matters, Divorce, Financial Proceedings, Cohabitation as well as Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements. Victoria acts with a pragmatic and considered approach which takes into consideration client goals and personal circumstances to ensure clients are supported and guided throughout what can often be difficult and complex processes.

  • Victoria has extensive experience working with vulnerable clients. This often includes clients whom have been victims of domestic abuse or continue to be victims of abuse. Also, clients with both mental and physical disabilities, as well as clients whom have difficulties with their mental health. Victoria tailors her approach to suit each individual clients’ needs and to ensure measures are in place to allow clients to feel safe and comfortable at all times.
  • Acting for both mothers and fathers in a range of private law children matters many of which were complex cases involving multiple allegations of abuse, parental alienation and alcohol and substance abuse. In cases of alcohol and substance abuse, this has included liaising with experts to arrange and conduct drugs and alcohol testing.
  • Successfully negotiating agreements between parents to secure or regulate contact arrangements.
  • Advising in respect of divorce and financial remedy proceedings where there is a history of coercive and controlling behaviour.
  • Preparing and advising on a pre-nuptial agreement on behalf of a high net worth client.
  • Acting for a client who had a significantly lower income than the other party and whose finances were controlled by her husband.
  • Working with a range of experts to provide instructions for them to carry out an assessment to assist with proceedings. This has included instructing child and adult psychologists, occupational therapists, and clinical psychologists in order to prepare reports for the Court.
