    Zoë is an experienced Solicitor and comes from a background in pensions law. She joined Thrings in 2018 as a commercial property specialist and is part of our team based in Swindon.

    Working with a range of clients, from individuals to sector-leading businesses including banks, she advises on a breadth of commercial property transactions. A large part of her advice is on the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, along with the granting and assignment of commercial leases, secured lending and corporate support. Zoë acts for self-invested personal pension (SIPP) providers, guiding them through the legalities of their acquisition and disposal of properties; and also acts for childcare providers in relation to leases of their premises.

    • Acting for a large Swindon-based long-standing company on acquisitions and disposals of properties in the company’s portfolio, along with granting and surrendering leases and registering unregistered land.
    • Acting for the UK based subsidiaries of an overseas company in relation to their portfolio including the taking of leases, lease renewals and assignments.
    • Acting for a SIPP provider on the acquisition of a new build industrial unit and the granting of an occupational lease.
