Charlotte is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer and has a broad and diverse client base. Charlotte acts for various small and medium-sized developers in connection with residential site acquisition and disposals, including Housing Association disposals, and complex residential site assembly. Charlotte also acts for a number of high-street banks on all aspects of secured lending.
Development of Land
Since joining Thrings in 2008, Charlotte has used her broad experience to assist developers structure residential development sites and deal with varied site assemblies to include freehold, leasehold and mixed sites, to include estate rent and services charges. She also works on the drafting of sale agreements transfers and leases for the onward transmission of units on residential sites.
