Taking a collaborative approach, she gains an understanding of her clients’ long-term goals, pain points and risk areas which is key to ensuring the advice she gives take into account the bigger picture. Kate builds long term relationships with her clients who see her as an extension of their team.
Armed with particular experience in acting for businesses in the manufacturing, tech, e-commerce and defence sectors, Kate is also the main contact for a number of in-house legal teams. Her experience in supporting businesses of all sectors and sizes, from small owner managed business to large multinationals gives her a useful perspective on the differing approaches to business contracts and contract law, which her clients find valuable.
