Paralegal - Construction & Engineering

Alice enjoys a varied role at Thrings. She specialises in non-contentious construction law and also provides support on construction and engineering dispute cases. Working with developers, banks, consultants and contractors, she puts the necessary frameworks in place for projects to move forward. Her work includes drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and deeds of novation on both commercial and residential projects. Alice is currently completing her CILEx Level 6 qualification as part of the process to cross-qualify as a solicitor.
