Annie is an experienced lawyer dealing with a range of Agriculture and Residential Property matters from the Thrings office in Romsey.

Having qualified in 2022, Annie acts on a wide variety of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, unregistered sale and purchases, transfers of equity, new build properties, re-mortgages and lease extensions.

Annie also deals with a range of agricultural transactions, in particular the sale and purchase of rural land, including transfer of part and large country homes with complex issues.
