Georgina is a solicitor within the corporate and commercial department with a wealth of experience across the corporate, banking and finance, and commercial sectors.
Acting for a diverse range of clients, including businesses, banks and organisations in the charitable sector, Georgina assists on transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations and investments. She also advises on commercial contracts, shareholder arrangements and general corporate matters.
As part of the Banking and Finance team, Georgina has assisted banks, alternative lenders and borrowers with secured lending, inter-creditor arrangements and acquisition finance.
