He deals with a range of matters involving land, professional negligence, contracts and criminal and regulatory prosecutions. Formerly a barrister, Ken is skilled at preparing cases for court wherever this approach is advised.
An integral member of our Agriculture team, Ken represents farmers, rural landowners and farming businesses on a wide range of disputes, from matters relating to land to those affecting business contracts. He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association, Countryside Alliance and the CLA. He also regularly contributes to the Farmers Weekly Business Clinic. As someone who is closely involved with his own rural community, Ken has a particular interest for issues affecting agriculture and related businesses.
