    Stacey is Trust Executive in Thrings’ Succession and Tax team. Based in our Bath office, she advises on the setting up, administration and winding up of trusts, as well as their registration and maintenance with HMRC.  Stacey also has experience of preparing both income/ capital gains, and inheritance tax returns for estates, trusts and individuals.

    • Tax planning & trusts
    • Setting up Personal Injury Trusts and assisting trustees with the ongoing trust administration
    • Advising on the administration of a variety of trusts including discretionary trusts, life interest trusts and trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries
    • Registering trusts with HMRC’s Trust Registration Service and ensuring ongoing compliance
    • Preparing of tax returns (inheritance tax returns and income/capital gains tax returns for estates, trusts and individuals)
    • Previous experience advising clients on inheritance tax planning, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, lifetime gifting and estate administration
