Sinewave is also the only independent connections provider globally to be a B-Corp.

Sinewave has established itself among the best in the business for their delivery of end-to-end power infrastructure solutions across the UK. with a focus on renewables projects, data centres and EV charging infrastructure development.

Supercharging Sinewave’s growth is private markets investment firm Three Hills, which specialises in providing bespoke capital solutions to entrepreneurs and management teams in Europe and North America. This has created an ideal partnership to enable Sinewave to continue its purpose-driven mission to drive the transition to a smarter, greener energy future.

Also supporting the wide aspects of the deal were Natalie Ward and Sacha Jones from Thrings’ Employment team and Annabel Rowland from the firm’s Commercial Property team.

Adam Woodley, CEO and founder of Sinewave, said: “This investment marks a major milestone in the journey of Sinewave and gives us the momentum we need to continue our upward trajectory whilst enabling us to still champion sustainability and being a power for good.

“It’s fantastic that this significant step in our continued plan for growth coincides with our ten-year anniversary, setting the stage for an even brighter future for the company and our clients.

“We are delighted to have had the support of Thrings over the years and, particularly throughout this process, and want to thank John, Elaine and the team for the hard work that has gone into securing this investment. The firm has been a longtime ally in helping us achieve our goals and we look forward to continuing our partnership.”

John Richardson, Partner in Thrings’ Corporate team, said: “Sinewave’s commercially and purpose-driven approach has been the catalyst for their continued success and a standout first decade in a competitive industry and we couldn’t be happier to have supported them through this latest leap in their development.
