CONTRACT DISPUTES

Contracts are a fundamental part of any successful farming, agriculture or rural business. Disputes about those contracts can therefore have significant and worrying implications for both your business and your livelihood. It is important that the lawyers acting for you understand farming, be it arable, livestock, dairy, poultry, renewable energy and other forms of diversification.

At Thrings, we combine in-depth agriculture knowledge (we act as panel solicitors for the National Farmers Union in more counties than any other law firm) with comprehensive litigation advice. If you have a contract dispute it is likely that we have dealt with a similar issue before.

We have in-depth agricultural industry knowledge and a track record of litigation success. Our specialist Agriculture Litigation Team is independently recognised to provide a ‘Top Tier’ level of service and is ranked in ‘Band 1’ by the leading legal directories, ‘The Legal 500’ and ‘Chambers Guide’.

We are also the sole appointed legal advisors to the ‘Business Clinic’ in the industry leading publication ‘Farmers Weekly’.
